My New Zealand Story

            Being a dual American and Bermudian citizen, and growing up in Bermuda, I have always been inherently fascinated by the ways people from varying backgrounds interact and cooperate. After living in the U.S. for a few years for my degree, I have become especially interested in countries like my home, where a differing political affiliation doesn’t have to mean conflict, and where community is valued above all.              New Zealand is one of the most peaceful and environmentally sustainable nations in the world. As a Political Science and International Relations student, I am particularly excited to explore how this has been accomplished and how New Zealand’s policies could be replicated in other countries.
